Carlotta, a retired teacher, has owned and operated C-Line Stables for over 40 years.  Her teaching background and horsemanship combine to provide an excellent platform to not only instruct riders in horse back riding, but to also mentor them in competitions.

"Horses have always been my passion. As a child I would pretend that I was a horse. I bought my first horse, Nacho, with money from my first job. My plan was to buy him, ride him and sell him for a profit. I was college bound and would need money. Needless to say, I could not part with him and I owned him for 28 years until his death.

Teaching riding just flowed from teaching school. Teaching children has always been fun and easy for me. I love their personalities and love to share the wonderful world of horses. Horses and farm life offer riders life lessons that will help them cope with the world around them. Horseback riding offers girls the unique opportunity to equally compete with boys."

Riding since she was a child, Jan has been teaching special needs children & adults for 4 years.  She specializes in the autism spectrum and uses sign language when needed.

Jan instructs on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

I feel very blessed to have been able to work with horses over the years, and have enjoyed owning a variety of them as well. I grew up with a wonderful family who exposed me to their horses and thus began my obession! Many years, jobs and adventures later, I kept striving to learn more and persue a more competitive level of training and showing horses.

In my early 20's, I joined a profession training facility where i was able to step up my training by leaps and bounds, showing Arabian horses at the National level, talk about a dream come true. Through hard work, a tough trainer, and immense determination, awards in various disciplines were added to my list of amazing moments.

These days, my husband and family enjoy working with our latest addition Llayla (LL Spirit InThe Nite) our two year Arabian filly (Gitar MF X Evenning Song). Since she was born a tiny preemie, to this day, she's been such a joy to grow with. She joins our family's ecclectic group of horses and ponies that we have for us all.

I have really had a blast with my young riders at C-Line. From the energetic little riders, to the advancing teen agers, its been an adventure helping them grow as riders and responsible young people as well. I hope to make a positive impact on their abilities and attitudes, while providing support to allow our riders to achieve their own personal goals. I do believe in the power of positive thinking and firm support, and have witnessed the impact of how it truly encourages growth and happiness!

I have been riding since i was 7 years old. I grew up horse showing and Pony Clubbing. I've been teaching at C-Line Stables and for The Center for 7 years. I enjoy taking my own children and riders to horse shows.

My lesson days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I teach bot daytime and evenings.
